Cash Balance Sales Consultant (Western U.S.)

Summary

October Three, an innovative, team-oriented financial services company, is recruiting for a Cash Balance Sales Consultant; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.    

In this role, you will sell cash balance retirement plans to retail advisors and large markets. You will support the growth of October Three’s private market sector and collaborate with your teammates to help each other win. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position covering territory in the Mountain and/or Pacific time zones and requires occasional travel (about 25% at the most).

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Demonstrated sales success through extensive contacts in the retirement plan industry
  • Basic familiarity with and understanding of retirement plans concepts and nomenclature
  • Extremely collaborative; comfortable with teamwork and working cross-functionally with various disciplines
  • Meticulous and professional communicator, both internally and externally
  • Effective relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar systems
  • Bachelor’s degree

 

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience selling cash balance retirement plans
  • Prior work experience in the wealth management sales function
  • C(k)P, QKA, MESA, or similar certifications
