Coyle & Sons, a fourth-generation commercial fencing company with nearly 100 years of industry experience, is recruiting for a Commercial Fencing Estimator & Project Manager—and Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.

In this role, you will close deals with warm leads, generate new leads, and create bids for proposals. You interpret plans, order materials, and manage job sites to ensure successful execution of commercial fencing projects from proposal to completion. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Jacksonville, FL, offering a generous salary and commission structure. Regular travel to local job sites will be required (50%).

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Up-to-date TWIC badge, OSHA 10, and DBIDS certifications OR ability to obtain these upon hire (company will financially support)
  • 3+ years of commercial fence estimating experience, with the ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings to determine where a fence should be placed
  • Project management experience in fencing, landscaping, commercial construction, or related
  • Able to complete military base documentation (e.g., activity hazard analysis [AHA] risk assessments)
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools; familiarity with takeoff software and online plan rooms
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills; capacity to juggle multiple concurrent jobs
  • Clear communicator with ability to collaborate with diverse crews, customers, and third-party vendors
  • High school diploma
